The federation aims to represent winegrowers who cultivate their own vineyards, vinify their own grapes, bottle their own wine and personally oversee its sale, under their own responsibility, using their own name and label, in dealings with the authorities, whilst promoting the quality and authenticity of Italian wines.
The association brings together owners of historic properties from across Italy, which form an important part of our cultural heritage. Historic buildings are cultural assets of significant historical and artistic interest, subject to preservation orders, and are the responsibility of their owners.
The Pollino Ancient Cereals micro-sector is dedicated to promoting, cultivating and protecting the Carosella del Pollino and other ecotypes of ancient cereals in the Serrapotamo and Sarmento valleys.
